Metex International Ltd
Metex International BVI (British Virgin Islands) wholly owned by Metex Resource Ltd was formed in year 2006 to join in one of the world’s leading financial centers to facilitate the efficient business transactions with Latin America and European financial markets.
In 1984 the British Virgin Islands enacted a new form of companies legislation, the International Business Companies Act, under which an offshore company which was exempt from local taxes could be formed. On 12 April 2007 the Financial Times reported that the British Virgin Islands was the second largest source of foreign direct investment in the world (behind Hong Kong).
