Metex Holding Limitada (“MHL”), wholly owned subsidiary of Metex LLC (Acquiree of Metex Resources Ltd.), was formed under Chilean Law in Year 2005.
MHL management team members who are experts in minerals exploration and knowledge of the local mining industry understand favorable political and market conditions, adequate legal and commercial protection and exercise conditions in Chile.
MHL find, explore and commercialize ore deposits with a view to develop and apply said patent processes, but no exclusively.
Potential for company development is excellent due to ore deposits availability, acquisition of ore deposits full or shared ownership through claiming, and optioning or association with existing owners.
