Our company is a start-up enterprise. The legal form of METEX is Metex Resources Ltd., formed in the State of Nevada in 2006, and located in Burlington, WA U.S.A. METEX controls Metex International Ltd and has established fully owned limited liability companies in Chile, especially METEX Technology Limitada to deal with ore processing business and METEX Holding Limitada to deal with mining property business, and to facilitate operations under Chilean law.
